Did you plan to have a good day, or a bad day today?
Did you wake up looking forward to all the possibilities the day represents — or in dread of what is to come?
This is where it’s vitally important to recognize what you are focused on. If you intend to have a good day and explore new possibilities and expect good things — that goes a lot further towards making that your reality than if you expect a bad day, more problems, and unwanted, awful things to come your way.
Thought and intent make our lives
This is not just thought. Intent is about feeling, too. If you feel like everything is terrible, life sucks, and you cannot win — you will find more often than not you’re right.
But if you feel that everything can potentially be good, life is full of possibilities, and you can win — you have your focus in the right direction.
