Maintaining flexibility of mind, body, and spirit is essential to your overall health, wellness, and wellbeing.

While we tend to give a lot of our focus and attention to strength, body size, and dietary habits in the physical — maintaining mental, emotional, and spiritual flexibility is just as important.

Why? Because the more flexible you are, the more easily you can roll with the unexpected.

Whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual — inflexibility leads to damage. It finds you unable to handle change, the unexpected, and lots of other nuances of everyday life.

To some degree, you are and can be. But it’s often far more limited than we’d like.

Injuries, illnesses, unexpected environmental hazards, and other random happenings are almost wholly outside of your control. The less flexible you are, the more likely things that happen will negatively impact you and your health, wellness, and wellbeing.
