How Do I Know This is Right?

Recognizing what’s right for you is deep inside your inner being.

Who am I, and am I making the right choices for my life?

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t ask these questions — sometimes frequently. And when you think about it, it makes a lot of sense that it is not asked and answered only once. Because your life is changing and evolving all the time.

Change is the only constant in the Universe (save energy — but it transmutes and changes all the time). Hence, the answer to the questions — Who am I, and am I making the right choices for my life? — will change, too.

Who I was in my 20s isn’t who I am in my 40s. By any stretch of the imagination. While there are lessons that I learned back then that stay with me now — the person I was with the goals I had at the time is no more.

For a lot of people, this gets problematic. They create a vision of themselves at some point or other — and rather than allow that to evolve and change — it haunts them. That can be a ginormous cause of uncertainty, anxiety, depression, and general negativity.

So how do you know that this, presently, is right for you?

Awareness of yourself here and now
