How Does Empathy Go Hand in Hand with Health, Wellness, and Wellbeing?
Because everyone everywhere has thoughts, feelings, and intentions.
Empathy can better the world around us. For what it’s worth, I’m an empath.
What that means is that I can feel the emotions of people around me, sometimes better than I can feel my own. The difference between simply feeling empathy and being an empath is that, as an empath I can easily put myself in another’s shoes.
Because I’m an empath, I frequently find myself experiencing emotions outside of myself, and it can be a bit jarring at times. However, it is in part because of my empathic senses, that I share everything I blog about with you.
Why? Because I know if I’m having thoughts and feelings on the topics I choose to write about, you probably have had similar ones. Maybe not exactly the same, since we are all different from one another but similar.
How we feel the emotions we feel differs. Feelings have both a how and why to them. Depth, sensation, the actual way in which we feel things varies from person to person. This boils down to every single emotion because we’re all individuals.
However, the similarities in what these emotions are shouldn’t be ignored or disregarded. And…
