How Does Living In the Now Impact Health, Wellness, and Wellbeing for the Better?

No matter your present circumstances, you’re here. Though it often might not feel this way, you’re living in a world of incredible abundance and possibility. Conscious awareness of this and the good of that knowledge for your health, wellness, and wellbeing is incalculable.

I know that this can be difficult to believe. I struggle with it, too. There are responsibilities, bills to pay, weight to lose, and other matters that don’t feel so good or positive. Yet when you live in the now, you can experience a higher vibration and discover more good and positivity with greater frequency.

How does this work? It can be surprisingly challenging to live in the now. That’s because society is obsessed with both the past and the future, which means that people tend to overlook the now completely.

People are constantly in a state of worry about the future and concerns about the past, often at the same time. Thoughts like what if that thing I did in the past impacts my future? or because I was a part of ‘x’ back then I will be excluded from ‘y’ down the line are accepted as the way the Universe works.
