How Does Your Body Contain a Luminous Being of Pure Energy?
Energy is the root of everyone and everything in the universe.
Yoda states this best.
“Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter.”
Sure, this quote comes from a small green Muppet in an epic sci-fi story. Yet that does not lessen the truth of the statement. At our core, we are beings of pure energy. The meat popsicles we see running around the planet and reflected in the mirror are not who we are when all is said and done.
Why does this matter? Because we are beings of pure energy, rather than these bodies we present to the world. We are all bright and brilliant. Or at the very least, all of us possess the potential to be such. Additionally, we’re all made of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements directly connected to the luminous beings we are at our core.
For many people, it’s particularly hard to see this in ourselves. We get frustrated by life situations, world situations, opinions, judgments, and so forth. As such, we see ourselves as overweight, overwrought, stressed out, ugly, stupid, disempowered, slaves to the grind, and worse.
