How Is Our Health, Wellness, and Wellbeing Ultimately Interconnected?

Life is made of numerous paradoxes. Opposites. Extremes that we often focus a great deal of attention on — but we truly live between.
Most are obvious and apparent. Black and white. Good and evil. Up and down. Positive and negative. Short and tall. Open and closed — and similar opposites and extremes apart from one another.
But there are others far beyond our basic understanding. Hidden depths we all possess but have variable connections to. And the deeper we dig, the more interconnected we become.
In truth, how we’re interconnected is the utter core of who we are and can be.
It’s for this reason that hatred, intolerance, greed, narcissism, and cruelty harm both those who give and receive them. Because when all is said and done, we’re all interconnected.
While we’re each and every one of us individual, unique entities — we are also all one.
Working through the layers
I’m going to specifically focus on human beings. Because since we’re all human, we’re all the same in this matter.
There are nearly 8 billion people on this planet. That’s 8,000,000,000 individual and singular perceptions of reality; sets of beliefs, values, and habits; and unique life experiences over time.
Even identical twins are different in this way. They might look the same — but hold completely different values, beliefs, and habits.
The identifiers we have externally are completely artificial. Even those we’re born with — hair color, eye color, skin color — can be altered. Beyond our bodies, these identifiers are even more artificial. The genders we identify with, nationalities, social classes, religious beliefs, races, and all the rest are just labels to group us together or separate us out.
But they’re just on the surface. And after that, we become more similar.
Beneath the skin, we’re comprised of similar bones, internal organs, neural networks, and so on. Though they are not exactly the same — they’re identical enough that their…
