If I may, I'd like to offer a couple of thoughts.
First - recognize that you are doing enough - but you're only human. Spoons can be limited. Allow yourself to breathe.
Second - write down, if you can, all the ideas you have that you want to pursue. THEN - prioritize. What do you need/desire to do NOW, what can totally wait a bit, and what can wait a LOT?
Third - if you don't already do so, I recommend practicing meditation. Even 5 minutes a day can be powerful. If that's overwhelming, I suggest setting a 2 minute timer, then closing your eyes and just breathe deeply in and out - focus on your breathing alone - til the timer goes off.
I utterly get where you are coming from. I have 2 freelance gigs on top of writing 6 blogs a week, a podcast, and writing fiction. I utterly bombed NaNo this year because I needed to complete the edit of my 4th audiobook.
Most of all - BE KIND TO YOURSELF. I don't really know you, but I do know you're pretty awesome.
Just keep swimming.
