Mindfulness of Your Words Matters

Why is it important to be mindful of the words you use?

Certain words and phrases are particularly powerful, and matter a lot. When they get used, they tend to be extremely influential reality creators.

The words we use are a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. Often, if we are not entirely mindful of this fact, we may use words in ways that are less helpful than we would desire them to be.

These particular phrases are especially powerful:

· I Am

· Thank you

· Please

· You’re Welcome

· I Love You

· I Can

· I Do

· I Desire

· I have

With many of these, they empower you and the person to whom they are spoken.

What follows certain of these words and phrases will consciously create your reality fairly directly. For example: I am broke, I am lonely, I am tired; I do nothing right, I do not belong, I do not deserve; I have nothing; I have no hope; I have no plan.

Mindfulness helps us recognize our thoughts and feelings. When we are more aware of them, we become more aware of the words that we employ to talk about them. If we are being…
