Certain words and phrases are particularly powerful, and matter a lot. When they get used, they tend to be extremely influential reality creators.
The words we use are a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. Often, if we are not entirely mindful of this fact, we may use words in ways that are less helpful than we would desire them to be.
These particular phrases are especially powerful:
· I Am
· Thank you
· You’re Welcome
· I Love You
· I Can
· I Do
· I Desire
· I have
With many of these, they empower you and the person to whom they are spoken.
What follows certain of these words and phrases will consciously create your reality fairly directly. For example: I am broke, I am lonely, I am tired; I do nothing right, I do not belong, I do not deserve; I have nothing; I have no hope; I have no plan.
Mindfulness helps us recognize our thoughts and feelings. When we are more aware of them, we become more aware of the words that we employ to talk about them. If we are being mindful we tend to be more in our conscious than our subconscious.
Why does being conscious matter?
Huge swaths of the things that you do every day are done subconsciously. Many are utterly automatic, such as breathing, blinking, and other bodily activities. But many others tend to also go here, in especial when you find yourself operating on autopilot.
We are constantly bombarded by negativity, lack and scarcity, and all kinds of downers. Spend any time on social media and you will see what I mean. When you are not being mindful of what you are thinking and feeling, these outside influences can open you up to thoughts and feelings that are not actually yours.
Let’s face it, this is a bizarre world we are living in right now. Things a lot of us thought were resolved long ago are coming back up, and some terrible people with closed-minded ideas are feeling emboldened to spew hate openly. See how easy it is to feel bad, get angry, or have other negative thoughts and emotions?
When we are not mindful of this and read about all these things, we draw more in. Consciousness creates reality. Reality is an illusion. Or, more specifically, as Einstein said and I love to quote again and again:
“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”
When you are not conscious of the reality you are focusing on, guess what you create? How many of these things you read cause you to think things like I am unhappy, I do not like what I am seeing, I have no more energy for this bullshit, and so on?
The words matter because they are creators.
Becoming conscious of your thoughts and feelings opens you up to using your words more wisely, and creating better.
The power is in your mind
Whatever you think about the Law of Attraction and conscious reality creation and mindfulness, words matter. When you follow your words with negativity, that is what you are focused on, and that is what you are feeding. If all you see is doom and gloom around you, is it any wonder you can find it so easily?
I don’t know about you, but I prefer to find positive things to focus on because they make me feel good. Feeling bad is not something anybody I know actually desires. Negativity can seem like an oppressive weight, and it doesn’t do much good for creating anything all that worthwhile.
That’s why employing these solo phrases can be massively empowering. Thank you, please, you’re welcome, and I love you are very definite positive expressions. Gratitude is a form of love, and love is the most powerful creator in the Universe.
Everything in the Universe is energy, and all energy vibrates at a frequency. Low frequencies are negative, high frequencies are positive. Like energies attract like energies. Love is the highest frequency creator that there is.
This is not about romantic, storybook, happy ending love. This is love for the new day, your job, health and wellbeing, friends and lovers, and just being. As Paulo Coelho wrote:
“Love is not a habit, a commitment, or a debt. It isn’t what romantic songs tell us it is — love simply is.”
If love is the highest frequency we can find, then anything positive leading up to it will help us create a better reality.
We are empowered to create the lives we desire for ourselves. When we do that, we can help inspire other people to do the same.
What you say will have an impact not only on whom you speak them to, but also on you. Your words reflect your thoughts and feelings, so becoming mindful of them will help you to use them more wisely.
It takes practice, effort, and work to make this happen, but you have the ability to do it. The concept of Think before you speak is much more powerful than many realize. It helps to also Feel before you speak, and that is where mindfulness comes in.
When you are aware of the words you use, and how you use them, you can be a better, wiser, more positive reality creator. You are amazing and worthy and deserving of all due awesomeness.
It is important to be mindful of the words you use because of how they can empower you. Choose your words wisely, to help you be the best you that you can be.
