The Only Way to Do It is to Do It
Whatever “it” is — it can’t be if you don’t go ahead and do it.
Do you know what the hardest part of diet and exercise is?
Doing it.
If you just do it — you get a result. But when you don’t do it — nothing happens.
Duh, right? But how often have you planned something, thought something out, or otherwise had an idea for something — then never did it?
Of course, sometimes “it” shouldn’t be bothered with. The idea you had for one reason or another isn’t doable.
However, when it comes to your health — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — the only way to change it involves action.
Do it or nothing changes.
It’s seldom one and done
Wouldn’t it be great if you could just decide to do a thing and it was done? If all you had to do was say, “Okay, I’m eating better and exercising more” and that was it?
Welcome to reality. Those are pretty words — which mean nothing and get you nowhere without action.
And, just for added fun — that action can’t be a one-time action. You must do it again and again and again.
