Time for Me to Refocus. Be. Here. Now.

When it comes to health and wellness, the best thing to do is refocus and be here now.

I have been working to find and/or create balance in my overall health. That means working on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

That balance is the key to being healthy and having great wellness and wellbeing.

As I entered into this new year and began working on some refocus in a few different places, something dawned on me.

Now is the only real time that there is. The past is done and gone — the future is uncertain and unknown. The only surety of time that’s real is now. The present. This moment.

Why is that important? Because one of the pitfalls of finding and/or creating holistic balance is seeing it ahead.

But the only way to balance anything is to do it here and now.

As I refocus on several elements of my life — I am realizing that my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are even more intertwined than I credit them to be. If one is off-balance, none are balanced.

But the only way to address and adjust this is to work in the now.

Why refocus?
