What are You Thankful For?

Today, in the United States, is Thanksgiving. Right off the bat, let’s disregard why this is a national holiday and the various controversies we could explore — and instead look to the name and overall concept.

In other words, let’s talk about gratitude.

The most powerful creator in the entire Universe, after love, is gratitude. And I can make an argument for love and gratitude being intertwined.

Expressing gratitude empowers you and what you give gratitude to. It is a two-way street and the ultimate builder of everything.

Gratitude is not just saying “thank you” but also feeling grateful. It is thought, feeling, action, and intention all in one single dose.

Mindfulness, in other words.

Mindfulness is how you be aware of yourself and conscious of your mindset/headspace/psyche in the here-and-now. That consciousness, then, helps you to create just about anything you can imagine.

Gratitude is a connector. It builds bridges. And it is ALWAYS a positive force.
