What Goes into Getting into Better Shape?
Altering your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, wellness, and wellbeing.
Getting into better shape can also take many different forms. Health is not simply measured as physical, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual. Giving attention to any one of these can improve our quality of life, our overall health, wellness, and wellbeing, and be massively positive. Working on more than one or all of them can be hugely empowering.
Everyone is familiar with processes for getting into shape physically. All forms of media bombard us with these. Diet and exercise, skincare, and other activities to maintain and improve ourselves are where the majority of the focus tends to go when we strive to get into better shape. We eat better, exercise more, and work on taking better care of these physical vessels where we will exist for our whole time on Earth.
Honing your physical self is empowering and good for you on multiple levels. But the physical is only a quarter of your holistic self.
You are a being comprised of 3 elements in addition to the physical — mental, emotional, and spiritual. And their shape can be made better, too.
