You are Worthy, Deserving, and You Matter

In our fear-based society, this is an important fact to find, maintain, and grow positivity from.

One of the most positive things you can know is that you matter and that you are worthy and deserving of finding, having, and/or creating an amazing life.

I know that life is seldom easy. You and I are in a constant struggle with forces both internal and external to get from here to there. But that does not lessen this truth, and recognizing it can go a long ways towards making the most of life.

You may be thinking to yourself, no, you are wrong — I am NOT worthy or deserving, nor do I matter. Well, that’s simply not the truth. Let me tell you why (and frankly remind myself, too).

You are worthy

Forces scientific and metaphysical put you on this earth, in this time, for a reason. You may or may not know what that reason is, but here you are. That alone is the first sign that you are worthy.

Worthy of what? You are worthy of finding, creating, and walking any given path in this life you might desire. You are worthy of being happy. There is nothing you are not worthy of making for your life.

The Universe is abundant. The lack and scarcity of our fear-based society is an artifice designed by many of the “haves” to keep the “have-nots” from getting what the “haves” would prefer not to share.

Money is a perfect example of this. Think money is limited? What IS money? Nowadays it is an idea that is no longer based on a physical “gold standard” that can be as abundant or lacking as you choose to make it. AND, most of all, you are worthy of having it, no matter what background you come from.

Which brings me to the second point.

You are deserving

You and I are frequently being inundated with images of people who are held up against society as the most deserving of ‘x’, ‘y’ or ‘z’. The reason given is because they come from the right family, a proper social background, a certain nation, the right education, because of how they look, and multiple artificial and superficial matters.

But why is anyone more deserving of good in their lives than anyone else? Because there is only so much to go around? Since that’s simply untrue, that doesn’t fly. “They” want you to believe in lack and scarcity largely because they are afraid of losing their power, sovereignty, superiority, or whatever other bullshit concept they believe makes them more deserving.

The truth is that you ARE deserving of living the best life you can and being the best you that you can be. Massages to the contrary that you receive are not the truth. Why? Because you are here. Because you are here you are deserving of living a full life, however that looks for you. Nobody is greater nor lesser than anyone else, and all of us are deserving of positivity.

Which brings me to the third point.

You matter

I know that this can be really hard to accept. You look at the world around you, see all these people who are held up as important and oh-so-big, and it’s all too easy to think, damn, am I insignificant.

This is not true. YOU matter. Why? Because you are here. You may or may not know what it is you contribute to the world at large, but that is not important to whether or not you matter. The fact is that you are here, and as such you do matter to the world at large.

There is no need for you to be a mogul, celebrity, athlete, or other person in the spotlight — just by being here you DO matter. That is all the reason for you to have positivity in your life.

I know that the world seems crazy sometimes and that this can be enormously challenging. But you are worthy and deserving of whatever reality you seek to create — because you matter. You are here, you are not a burden on anyone, and you are free to make the choices that provide you with the best life you can have.

The Universe loved you enough to bring you here, now. If you were unworthy, undeserving, and did not matter, why are you here? Because you are meant to be, and that means you have something to share with this world. You do not have to be well-known or particularly special, you are, and that is what’s most important.

Take that for the positivity that it may generate, and be the best you that you can be.

Finding positivity in who you are is not hard, but it does require action

Knowing that you are worthy and deserving of finding and/or creating the best life that you can and that you matter, you can work with the abundance of the Universe. When you work with abundance from a place of knowing you matter, you can uncover things that make you feel good and make any changes that you desire to, which ultimately empowers you. When you feel empowered, your mindfulness increases, you become more aware overall, and that tends to spread to other people around you.

As such, you can build more positive feelings and discover more things to feel positivity and gratitude for.

Gratitude leads to happiness. Happiness is the ultimate positive attitude. An attitude of gratitude is an attitude of positivity that begets even more good energies — and that, like you, is always worthwhile.

You are worthy and deserving of using your mindfulness to find and/or create the reality in which you desire to live. When all is said and done you matter, and that’s immense positivity in-and-of-itself.
